Susie isn’t teaching foot health from theory—she’s teaching it from lived experience.

By age 22, she had bilateral bunions and was already on a path that most people are told is “genetic” or “inevitable.” Instead of accepting that narrative, she went looking for answers.

That search led her to The Foot Collective in 2020, where everything clicked. 

Since then, Susie has become a Barefoot Training Specialist and certified TFC Guide, integrating foot strength, balance, and movement back into the body the way it was designed to function.

She’s also a Personal Trainer and Yoga Teacher, which means she doesn’t just understand feet in isolation—she understands how they influence posture, balance, nervous system regulation, and full-body movement.

Today, she teaches what she lives:
strong, adaptable feet as the foundation for lifelong movement and resilience.
