Shipping Policy

Free tracked shipping is offered on orders over $150CAD within Canada and the USA. These shipping services included Canada Post, USPS and Fedex. Orders will be fulfilled using the most cost effective option. Canada Post works in conjunction with USPS and so U.S. residents will receive their parcels from USPS and can track orders using both Canada post and USPS tracking pages.

Express shipping services are offered at checkout for all orders and are calculated based on order items.

Orders under $150 CAD (Canada and USA) - Calculated at checkout

International orders (Outside of Canada and USA) - Calculated at checkout

Time Frames

Orders dispatch every Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Cut off for next day dispatch is 12PM (i.e. Wednesday 12PM to dispatch on Thursday). Orders do not ship over the weekend.

Orders placed after 12PM on Friday and over the weekend are a priority come Monday and we see to getting those orders shipped as soon as possible.

Return/Exchange policy

Sole Freedom will accept returns and exchanges under the following circumstances: 

  • Within 30 days of purchase
  • Item is in new condition (no dirt, smell, or sign of outdoor wear)

Any footwear marked "Sale" is considered to be permanently marked down and will be final sale. Returns will only be accepted for store credit. In cases where shipping is involved, the refunded credit will be deducted for the cost of shipping both to and from the purchaser.

Once the goods have been received and inspected, returns are expected to be processed within 24-48 hours.

Items accepted for return will receive a full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping and handling. Once the return is processed, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect on your account, as processing time can vary depending on your bank.


We are happy to provide a one-time exchange at no extra charge for regular priced items exchanged for items of equal or higher value. Email us at with details of your exchange. We will handle the exchange and provide shipping instructions if needed.

Unfortunately due to border crossing restrictions on packages our returns and exchange process is a bit more clunky than for our fellow Canadians.
