Shipping Policy

Time Frames

Orders dispatch every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Cut off for next day dispatch is 12PM (i.e. Wednesday 12PM to dispatch on Thursday). Orders do not ship over the weekend.

Orders placed after 12PM on Friday and over the weekend are a priority come Tuesday and we see to getting those orders shipped as soon as possible.

Shipping Rates

Free tracked shipping (Canada Post Expedited Parcel) is offered on orders over $250 CAD within Canada.

Express shipping services from Canada Post and FedEx are offered at checkout. Rates are calculated based on order items and the customer's shipping address.

For orders totalling less than $250 CAD -Shipping prices are calculated at checkout. A flat rate fee of $10CAD is offered. The service for these shipments is the same as the free shipping service - Canada Post Expedited Parcel.

For international orders (Outside of Canada) - Shipping prices are calculated at checkout.

USA Residents

Due to import policies set in place by the U.S. Government we are not currently offering shipping to the U.S.A.

Import Duties

International Customers: Sole Freedom ships international products Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). Please use an online Import Duties and Taxes calculator to find out how much your purchase will incur. Sole Freedom does not refund duties, taxes, or any other extra fees which your local customs authority deem appropriate.

Return/Exchange policy

Sole Freedom will accept returns and exchanges under the following circumstances: 

• The return is initiated within 30 days of purchase date
• The exchange is initiated within 45 days of the purchase date
• Item is in new condition (no dirt, smell, or sign of outdoor wear)

Any footwear marked "Sale" is considered to be permanently marked down and will be final sale. Returns will only be accepted for a refund of store credit. In cases where shipping is involved, the total cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund total.

Once the goods have been received and inspected, returns are expected to be processed within 24-48 hours.

Purchasers that opted in for checkout+ will have free returns. Purchaser that opted out are responsible for all shipping fees for goods being returned. *First time exchanges are always free return shipping*

If a returned item is deemed unsuitable for a return, Sole Freedom reserves the right to refuse the return.

Refunds

Items accepted for return will receive a full refund of the purchase price. If you use our return portal to create your return shipment and did not opt for a pre-paid return fee, a calculated rate for the cost of the return shipment will be deducted from your refund. This cost is determined by your address and the items being returned.

Alternatively, you have the option to ship your returns back using your preferred shipping method. In these cases, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price without any deductions.

Once your return is processed, please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.

Exchanges

We’re happy to offer a one-time exchange at no additional cost for regularly priced items, provided they are exchanged for items of equal or greater value. You can create your own exchange from the link below. The capabilities of this system are limited to exchanging for the same product in a different size or colour only. To exchange for something entirely different, please contact us by email at hello@solefreedom.ca or give us a call. Our team will be happy to assist you and ensure a smooth exchange process.

Create your own Exchange

Any returns that cross the Canadian border must have proper documentation stating that "the package is a return of goods to Canada" and please declare $0 value on the shipment. Otherwise we are subject to an import tariff and or brokerage fee to receive them back. In this case any fees will be deducted from the refund of the original purchase.
