Shipping Policy

Ground Shipping

Free ground shipping on orders over $100 CAD within Canada and the USA

Orders under $100 CAD (Canada) - Calculated at checkout

Orders under $100 CAD (USA/International) - Calculated at checkout

Express Shipping

Offered for orders shipping to the USA or Internationally - Calculated at checkout

Time Frames

Orders dispatch every Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Cut off for next day dispatch is 12PM (i.e. Wednesday 12PM to dispatch on Thursday). Orders do not ship over the weekend.

Orders placed after 12PM on Friday and over the weekend are a priority come Monday and we see to getting those orders shipped as soon as possible.

Return/Exchange policy

Sole Freedom will accept returns and exchanges under the following circumstances: 

  • Within 60 days of purchase
  • Item is in new condition (no dirt, smell, or sign of outdoor wear)
  • Exchange is being made for same style/colorway

Once the goods have been received and inspected, returns are processed within 24-48 hours.

Items accepted for return will receive a full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping and handling. Once the return is processed, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect on your account, as processing time can vary depending on your bank.

Returns from the USA

Any returns that cross the Canadian border must have proper documentation stating that "the package is a return of goods to Canada". Otherwise, the package is subject to an import tariff and/or brokerage fee. Should the package require tariffs/fees to enter back into Canada and be returned to Sole Freedom, any fees will be deducted from the refund of the original purchase price.

Return shipments should be sent via USPS. All other services run a strong chance of imposed import duty fees regardless of the declaration.

International Returns

Sole Freedom will not accept or assume responsibility for lost or damaged packages being returned.
