Description

The LONO VERVE is a high-performance barefoot trail running shoe built for runners who want a zero-drop platform with more underfoot structure for technical terrain. Designed specifically for trail running and racing, the VERVE is suited to packed trails through highly technical terrain where traction, foot retention and underfoot protection matter. The foot-shaped design allows toe splay, while the adjustable heel spoiler helps keep debris out on rough trails.

    • Dual Carbon Rock Plate – A 1 mm dual carbon claw-shaped plate adds structure beneath the foot while maintaining the shoe's flexible, barefoot-oriented design.

    • Triple Matrix Knit Upper – Combines biodegradable performance polyester with high-intensity TPU for breathability, durability and movement.

    • Hydrophobic Upper – The matrix construction is designed to resist water absorption and limit weight gain when saturated.

    • Wild-Grip Rubber Outsole – Aggressive lugged rubber is designed for traction across packed trails and more technical terrain.

    • Adjustable Heel Spoiler – Helps keep rocks and trail debris from entering around the heel on rough terrain.

    • Biodegradable EVA Midsole – A 2 mm EVA layer provides additional structure within the zero-drop outsole platform.

    • Gusseted Tongue – Helps secure the upper around the foot while providing additional protection from trail debris.

    Built for technical trails, the VERVE combines a barefoot geometry with carbon-plated structure and aggressive trail traction.
