SoleMate Session [March 24, 2025]

45 minute balance training and movement session at Sole Freedom Westboro.

During the session we will mobilize our foot tissues and ankles, train a variety of stances and play partner games with hacky sacks. 

Open to individuals of all ages and abilities. Bring your SoleMate if you own one. 

Hosted at 361 Richmond Road in our second floor studio from 11:30 - 12:15.

Please arrive 5-10minutes prior to session start so we can begin on time. Limited to 6 people per session.
