    Barefoot and Loving It

I have plantar fasciitis and was leery about these shoes but followed the advice of the shoe expert and slowly introduced my feet to the benefits of my new barefoot shoes. I have to say I am a believer. The room at the front of the shoes where your toes have room to spread out and wiggle is what I noticed first versus the tight sometimes cramped toe room in other types of shoes. Next was the placement of my heels.....a little lower, as opposed to raised, allowing a comfort level not felt in regular or sport shoes. No plantar fasciitis discomfort so I expect I'll be purchasing another pair sometime soon.
