Happy feet & soul!

Morning noon & night I am enjoying standing, walking and balancing on soulmate. My feet, calf & ankles are immediately alive & I am feeling stronger each time I stand on it.
I have battled calf & foot cramp and using soulmate throughout the day has relieved my pain.
I’ll be sharing with my yoga & Pilates clients!

Wild Toes and cork ball

These are so soft and pliable that I wore them a couple of hours from the fist day on. Mi little toes were relieved, too. Downside is that they are soft and pliable that they're a bit of a pain to get into place. I'd like something a little former but I'm very happy with the purchase. The cork ball is perfect, size is just right and cork feels wonderful. Great for hand massages too.

Comfortable toe spreaders

I was really surprised at how comfortable the toe spreaders are. I had expected an adjustment period but they are so squishy soft! And I also love the little toe band too. I do wish that the kit included more than just 1 of the bands o that I can keep them around the house to use when I have a few minutes.

They make people rise their eyebrows

Although I'm still not sure how to "wear" them, I do feel the significant difference of the spaces between my toes after taking them off.
Some of my Feldenkrais students smile, some rise their eyebrows and some purchased a pair or two.
The picture I attaches is from the first time I took them out of the box.
