Great tool and movement to activate your feet, body, mind and spirit that you did not know you needed!!
Beyond great! This product and the exercises that go with it have massively helped my foot mobilty/balance and strength. I have a problem with a hammer toe and it has resolved the pain associated with it. As a PT this helps me to be the best I can when demonstrating and explaining exercises, a few of my clients are now buying this product, highly recommend
I love the nifty Solemate training tool made of natural, practical, wipeable cork. The two half rollers can be used to enhance foot and toe exercises like calf raises and toe pianos. Stand on the curved surfaces to help spread toes into a more 'natural' position. Stack them up to elevate heels for greater depth in your squat. Practise balancing with them in a line like a beam. Improvise - make up your own games and ways to use them. And there is a suprise within - a small cork roller for rolling out tricky tight tissues on your sole, top of the foot, calf and beyond.
I’m still a newbie to the TFC soul mate but am blown away by the results! My feat are literally craving the movement and mobility exercises this tool box provides. Highly recommend!!
I am very happy with the purchase of the solemate kit, it is a quality material and the videos with the proposed exercises are very clear, fun and creative, I can follow them perfectly even though English is not my language (in my case, I also use them to practice English!). It's amazing that you can do so many things with the kit!
