Happy Feet

Well ok not at first. The foot restoration program has been eye opening on ways I can restore connection, mindful movement and agility to my feet.

I’m entering week 3 and I’m already incorporating my foundation warm up with students in yoga class!

Using the cork balance and bands has been a fantastic experience. Humbling in what agility I thought I had, but exciting in being able to explore new movements.

Beware: No customer support

I recently bought the full TFC kit, and it's not as pictured. I have emailed twice asking for help about that, it's been weeks and I still havent recieved a response. I have a friend that was emailing for weeks about doing their course, and got no response in time to take advantage of offer they "extended to her". Really disappointing. (They'll probably reply now, to publicly save face, but that's not going to change the fact that they've proven they're prepared to just leave you hanging.) Aussie need to do better by each other.

Giving my feet some love

I’m Enjoying using the TFC Soulmate I invested for the future self. My feet haven’t been something I’ve been looking after health wise, like the rest of my body, so after hearing about the product on a podcast, I was intrigued and looked into it more. The product is very well made, and there are loads of videos to show you how to use it, for your best results. It feels great after your spend some time stretching, exercising and thinking about your feet and what they need

Reduced pain

I have had my Solemate for a few weeks now and have used it most days - my feet already feel stronger and I have less pain now with plantar fasciitis in my right heel.
