SoleMate kit for the win!

As a Physical Therapist, I have used various balance tools and exercises for years. I love the combo of the SoleMate kit, and the different variety of exercises of all levels. The 2 halves of the SoleMate let me have one to demonstrate with while my client is one the other half. Love the accompanying videos, very creative drills!

Feet heatth

Thank you for The Foot Collective, it has given me hope with my Plantares Fasciitis. I would like to see more classes that are marked for beginners. Similar to exercise classes. It is marked beginner and then you progress upwards. Do you offer anything like that?

Leaks after short usage

After 3-4 days of using the hacky sack, small bits of the inner part start leaking. For whatever reason they arent contained.

A neat little Challenge!

Surprisingly difficult to grasp at first. If you have short toes could be harder. Also filled just the right amount to make challenging.
