Wish I'd bought this years ago!

Building core strength and regaining proper posture, both of which were becoming poor due to arthritis and not participating in regular exercise classes anymore.

Quality product and content

I've been using my Solemate for about 3 weeks, and am starting to incremental improvements after suffering for months with chronic plantar fasciitis. What makes the difference is the combination of a good quality product in the SM itself, plus easy to follow and comprehensive content guiding me through how to use it.

Excellent age related

I’m happy to confirm that with my SoleMates my balance is returning! I’m a lively 75 yr old noticed a few months ago I was beginning to slightly feel I wasn’t 100% steady on my feet as I rushed around town or running up & down escalators and then…I discovered SoleMates which I use regularly jump on them do a few one legged or fun exercises my balance has definitely improved vastly
