Happy Toes and Happy Feet

I bought my wild toes pack 3 months ago when I was told I have capsulitis . I had been training for 80 mile walk for the last stage of Camino de Santiago from Portugal Training stopped and with the help of toe exercises and my podiatrist I leave in 3 days to do the walk . I’ve told many friends about the foot collective the toe spreaders and toe band .. they have watched me do the exercises and are now also invested in their toes and feet .
When I return rehab will continue with the help of your informative videos.. Thank you for coming into my life 🤩

Goodbye bunions!

I love the wild toes kit. I can now manage 10 mins each morning with the toes separators and 10 in the evening. My toe piano is also improving. I have more mobility and less pain. How good is that? 👍👍👍
