I have been using the spacers and band for 3 weeks. My feet feel so much better. I actually broke my pinkie toe yesterday. I noticed the foot with the broken pinky felt like it has a knot in my mid foot. I used the ball today on that area and around the whole bottom of my foot. I avoided the area around my pinkie toe. When I stood up after about 20 minutes, my foot felt better. It actually made my broken pinky toe feel better.

It's sturdy and the right size. Most importantly, the video instructions about exercises are so helpful.
