I think the kit is great - good quality and easy to use. I find myself slipping on the toe spacers earlier in the day and then find time to cast the training onto the tv and follow along.
With the training, I like that they are in bite sized pieces and also builds systematically. Also the coaching is encouraging - to work with the body, yet also stretch it a bit so it’s a bit challenging.

I definitely sense some leg soreness after some exercises so that feels good.

After limping for a few months due to plantar fasciitis, I bought the Solemate. Along with the beautiful cork product were lots of links to teach me how to use it! My feet are stronger and I’m running again. Thank you.

It's really useful to have a training programme where you are shown clearly what to do each day in a way that is engaging and involving. I haven't just been left to my own devices. I've only just started the Green Belt programme. It's my last ditch attempt to help my foot before I go down the surgery route. The programme is helping me understand my balance and see my potential. Great tools; I use them twice a day to stretch out some tendonitis in my feet. I'm feeling better by the day, and I'm looking forward to utilizing the large instructions library!

Brilliant balance tool that is beautifully made. I was already loving using the SoleMate and decided to get another so there is now one downstairs and one upstairs for maximum balancing fun and learning. Then the guys at TFC went and updated their entire library and training programme of SoleMate videos and chucked that in for free as well! Its a brilliant tool on its own, but the supporting resources are just amazing, really well delivered and so thoughtful and thought provoking. Well done TFC!!
