Great product but not sure where to start

I played with it and it feels great. I tried to stand with different postures and had a lot of fun but haven't started seriously. It seems there are app and website but it looks like I need a subscription? I guess I need to take some time to find some resource. Would be great if it's clearer where to start.

Sole mate

Thank you for creating this amazing piece of kit and for all the videos. I’m suffering with Morton’s Neuroma in both feet. Great product

Have had ankle issues since putting a big hole in my tibial plafond cartilage with subsequent surgery. This product has been great to get my stabilisers working along with intrinsic foot muscle strength. Lateral ankle pain has more or less gone. Great product with extensive instructional videos to get the most out ofc the product. A bargain.
