Did not receive any additional training information despite website advertising "Lifetime access to TFC Foot Training System (link included in confirmation email)" with kit purchase.

I have been using the Cork Mobility Ball for a couple of months now and I already feel the improvement in my mobility and foot strength. I highly recommend it along with the Toe Spacers!

Nice size and feel for foot rolling.

I love the simple but effective approach to improve foot proprioception and get those bones, muscles, tendons and nerves working in harmony again. I have already made progress in foot numbness reduction by simple standing and balance efforts on the Sole Mate. Love the shape and stretching my toes in combo with other exercises that make feet feel recovered. Very happy with this device and use it daily at my standup desk.
