The Active Ortholite Performance Insole is made of 98% recycled PU foam, which helps reduce waste and the use of virgin plastics.

*The main materials in all Vivobarefoot's Vegan* products are synthetic and aren’t derived from animals. They don’t (yet) have the transparency they need over the production of all the small components (such as adhesives and dyes) used in these products to ensure they meet vegan best practices. So, whilst they believe the shoes are vegan, they’re not yet able to guarantee it and want to be fully transparent.
