Excellent customer service!

I’m new to Barefoot shoes. I have been barefoot for quite some time and after buying shoes for my grandkids thought I buy some for myself.

VIVOBarefoot is the brand that I’m used to and have begun to love, so I thought I would try this one. It didn’t quite work out for me because I’m between a size 39 and 40, although I am a size 40 and all their shoes.

This Gobi boot is one that I’ve always wanted. It just wasn’t for me, the boot didn’t fit me as well as I would’ve liked. I love the leather, the sole, the comfort it was just that I was in between sizes and couldn’t get the right fit.

Steve, the store manager was extremely helpful in helping me through the process during the Canada Post strike and his customer service was amazing! I am a forever Barefoot shoe shopper and look forward to shopping at Sole Freedom again!
