Description

Natural, healthy human feet have toes that spread apart and don’t touch each other.                 – we call them “Wild Toes”

Footwear as it exists today is a big problem. Shoes are designed to taper into a point at the toes which is the opposite of how are feet are shaped. The widest part of a babies foot is the tip of their toes and this should also be the widest part of adult human feet. When you spend time in shoes that taper into a point, your feet start to adopt that shape and before you know it you have bunions that are getting out of control.

TFC Wild toes are a simple, affordable accessory that you can use to reclaim optimal toe alignment. Think of them like braces for your feet that help restore your toe alignment to its natural state.

TFC Wild Toes are made of 100% silicone and won’t irritate anyone with a latex allergy.

A bit fiddly at first to get on. Build up the time and they are great.

Wild toes

Wild toes are great for someone who already has a bunion ! Have improved my feet ! I wish I had used them years ago before my bunion developed. Wild toes along with bare foot shoes are the way to go for healthy feet !

Good product for the price, mine have held up so far after a couple of hours total use. Starting to get a bit tacky (yet to treat them with baking soda) I could see them falling apart over time just being thin silicone but for now have been ok.

So easy to use

I use the toe separators while doing yoga or strength training and then add on some of the foot exercises I have been learning on the YouTube channel afterwards to strengthen my feet. I do advise starting with a tennis ball before using the cork ball as I did injure my foot from pressing too hard on it. I am not sure yet how to use the little band. I would have liked some paper instructions along with the QR code. Overall I think there is a wealth of knowledge

Feet have never felt better

After healing from a pretty bad ankle sprain this fall I wanted figure out how prevent repeating the injury. I stumbled upon an interview with Jim on a favorite podcast, and it was like a light came on. I was even more excited when they announced the Foot Restoration Program and have been diligently following along for the past 4 weeks. Not only are my feet and ankles stronger and more flexible, but I am also able to better help my knees. Everyday I look forward to putting on my minimalist shoes & go for walks because it feels so good. My ankle is much stronger than before the sprain & I can’t want to see what the next 8 weeks bring!
