Love it … it changes my exercise routine… so easy to use.

So appreciate the time and effort that Foot Collective have taken to create this program. Its gentle, thorough, supported by science and goes at your pace. I've only done half the program at this stage and on that time, my feet have become stronger, flexible, have better balance and am now aware of just how differently I use the left and right foot (past knee injury) when walking. Am going to change that. It's been great. Thank you Foot Collective!

I got the foot collective bundle and have been using it on and off for a month.I am awaiting a hip replacement surgery and with the pain and lack of mobility atm,I'm limited to what I can do. Even just doing the toe excercises has helped my feet so much,can't believe the cracking of my big toes doing the big toe elevated stepping forward. Can't wait to get into everything post op,I can see that it's so beneficial for all aspects of proper gait,balance and strength! Would recomend this to anyone!

After suffering through a winter with plantar fasciitis I incorporated Solemate into my foot exercise program and it has made a huge difference in my foot and ankle strength. There are so many great training videos to mix it up and keep things fresh and fun. Very happy with my purchase!

Only had these Sole Mate for a few weeks but I’m using it every day alongside the videos and already I can feel an improvement in my achy sore feet!
