Great product

I can't stress enough how great this has been for me recovering from a very bad ankle sprain. If I could give it 6 stars I would've! Buy it if you're on the fence.

Slow and steady wins the race!

In this season of life time is limited. It’s great to be able to grab a few minutes here and there to do a few exercises to take care of my health and wellness. I’m working through the exercises to strengthen my feet and have already notice a difference. I also feel like my core strength has been impacted through the balance work I’ve done.
