Great product

Have had ankle issues since putting a big hole in my tibial plafond cartilage with subsequent surgery. This product has been great to get my stabilisers working along with intrinsic foot muscle strength. Lateral ankle pain has more or less gone. Great product with extensive instructional videos to get the most out ofc the product. A bargain.

The perfect post-surgery rehab kit

After significant injuries from a motorcycle accident, I had multiple surgeries as well as many screws and plates inserted into my foot. All components of the TFC Solemate Kit has been instrumental in my foot rehab. I am starting to see improvements in mobility, alignment and strength in both feet, but most importantly my injured foot. I still have a long way to go, but I feel like I’m off to a great start. Highly recommended!

Wish I'd bought this years ago!

Building core strength and regaining proper posture, both of which were becoming poor due to arthritis and not participating in regular exercise classes anymore.

Quality product and content

I've been using my Solemate for about 3 weeks, and am starting to incremental improvements after suffering for months with chronic plantar fasciitis.
