Description

Get out into the wild, the barefoot way. The Primus Trail Knit Firm Ground is a minimalist men's running trainer that keeps feet protected and connected.

The Primus Trail Knit Firm Ground is for barefoot runners who want to feel the ground beneath their feet and the wind in their soul. Made with a knitted upper and a Firm Ground Sole, to create a lighter, flexible and more breathable version of the original Primus Trail that's still ideal for rough, rocky terrains.

FEEL NATURAL IN NATURE

FIRM GROUND OUTSOLE

The Firm Ground Outsole is made from a sticky rubber compound for maximum grip and durability. With a 3mm base and 2.5mm lug height, plus a textured arch for zonal grip (ideal for technical trail movement), this sole will keep your feet firmly planted on multiple terrains — wet to dry, concrete to rocky.

They don’t (yet) have the transparency we need over the production of all the small components (such as adhesives and dyes) used in these products to ensure they meet vegan best practices. So, while they believe the shoes are vegan, they're not yet able to guarantee it and want to be fully transparent.

Great shoe

Started wearing zero drop shoes about 3 years ago and have not gone back. These are my everyday do everything shoes. Was VERY sceptical with respect to durability, especially the soles. 3 years and the raised trwad is gone feom the heal and ball of the foot, but still have not worn through. Spent 2 weeks in Algonquin park ca oe tripping and these were awesome. Complely dry in a few hours and great traction on the portage under a heavy canoe or pack. Just bought these as a replacement but still in the box as i beat the first pair into submission!
